We offer 3D printing services, including custom prints and hand-painted commissions for tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) miniatures. Additionally, we are official resellers of 3D printers and consumables from Makersuite. When purchasing 3D printers from us, we provide an installation service that includes basic education on how to 3D print.

Normal prints usually take 7 business days. Hand-painted commissions may take longer depending on demand. We will communicate any delays clearly to customers.

Yes, we offer shipping to nearby countries, the United States, and Australia. For customers outside these regions, please contact us to make separate arrangements.

Yes, we offer local pick-up at our partner location, Tableminis. Please contact us for the address and further details.

8. What is your policy regarding damaged items during shipping?
While we take precautions to prevent breakage, resin prints can be brittle. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your prints to discuss potential solutions.

Warranty Policy for 3D Printers and Consumables
At Small Pipi Minis and our partners, we focus on providing quality products. Therefore, we offer a 1-year Free Local Warranty against manufacturing defects and a hassle-free 1-1 exchange within the first 10 days after delivery.
